What we offer:

Kilimanjaro climb

Kilimanjaro from Moshi
Kilimanjaro is not only a beautiful mountain, but it also has some unique attributes.
  • With 5895 m, it is the highest point in Africa, making it one of the Seven Summits
    - the highest peaks on the seven continents.
  • Kilimanjaro is the fourth most topographically prominent summits on Earth,
  • the highest freestanding mountain in the world and
  • with its fascinating wealth of climates and vegetation zones,
it is a worthwhile destination even without this.
KIlimanjaro can be climbed on six main routes. The routes differ in the number of days
it takes to reach Uhuru Peak - the highest point of Kibo –
also offers each route different attractions and challenges.

Baranco WallThe main routes for climbing Kilimanjaro are:
  • Northern Circuit Route, 9-10 days
  • Lemosho Route, 8-9 days
  • Machame Route (“Whiskey” Route), 6-7 days
  • Rongai Route, 6 days
  • Marangu Route (“Coca-Cola” Route), 5-6 days
  • Umbwe Route, 6 days
Only the Marangu route has huts, all other routes have campsites.
We will advise you which route would be most successful for you,
depending on your fitness and the possibility of altitude acclimatization,
which you can either do at home or by climbing Mount Meru beforehand.
We will discuss the itinerary with you in detail.

 Mount Meru

Mount Meru vom Arusha NPMount Meru, the second-highest mountain in Tanzania, rises impressively
from the Arusha NP with its, 4566 m. On the first day of the Mount Meru climb,
you will have a fantastic view of the neighbouring "big brother" at Miriakamba Hut.
Above the forest belt, huge Erica bushes and beautiful torch lilies grow.
Accompanied by an experienced game ranger, you will enjoy a great nature
and mountain experience. This eventful and challenging trekking tour not only serves
as acclimatization for a subsequent Kilimanjaro climb, but is already in itself one
of the greatest mountain experiences in East Africa.
Although it is possible to climb Mount Meru in three days,
we recommend the 4-day tour.

OL Doinyo Lengai

Ol Doinyo Lengai For the Maasai, the sacred volcano Ol Doinyo Lengai (the "Mountain of God")
is the creation and residence of their god Engai, who protects the people and
their herds, and sometimes also demonstrates his power to them with his
ash explosions.
The active volcanism, the picturesque location and the adventurous ascent
of the 2878 m high Ol Doinyo Lengai, located south of Lake Natron, make this
trekking tour particularly attractive. The climb is very strenuous, as it is pathless
and in the upper part runs in up to 45° steep lava channels on the western flank
of the volcano. We do the climb together with a Maasai guide.
3 days are recommended for the Ol Doinyo Lengai tour, as there is a lot to see
around Lake Natron in addition to climbing the volcano.

Safaris

Living on SafariIn addition to the Serengeti  - probably the most famous national park in the world -
there are extended areas with the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Tarangire,
Arusha National Park, Mkomazi and Saadani National Park on the coast of the Indian Ocean,
where an unimaginable wealth of animals can be observed.
Up close, you can spot the Big Five, among others, in their natural habitat.
Normally, we only run private tours on your preferred date. We work out the itinerary
together with you, according to your interests and wishes, as well as your budget.
You travel in a Land cruiser with pop-up roof.
We are looking forward to wishing you a wonderful safari in person.
